You are also always welcome to call or write to us, and we will guide you as best as possible.

You can pay for purchases at LINEA G with the following: Mobile Pay, Visa Dankort, Mastercard and Visa Electron.

The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. All prices are incl. 25% VAT.

LINEA G cannot see your personal data.

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided shortly after your purchase has been approved.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns. The item must be sent by delivery, as we do not collect parcels from the parcel shop. But you are also welcome to return the package in person.

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an order confirmation within a few minutes.

If you haven't received it, check if it has landed in your spam filter.

Even if you have not received an order confirmation, it is possible that the order has been completed, but that you may have made a typing error when you wrote your email, and then please contact us before placing a new order.

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from placing the order.

Depending on which delivery you have chosen, you will receive a tracking code so that you can follow where your package is.

If your order has been sent, there is no option to delete your order, but instead you have the option to return the order if it is not what you want.

Please note, however, that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

In the event that we have sent you the wrong item or an item with an error on it, we apologize and ask you to contact us as soon as you discover the error so that we can help you with an exchange or return.

You can see your refund on your account statement within 5 banking days, starting from the day you received your return confirmation from us.

The refund is always made to the same payment card that was used for the purchase.

From the time you drop off your return package at the post office, it can take up to 14 days before you receive your refund. You will receive a return confirmation via e-mail as soon as we receive your return.

Yes, you can put an item from another order in one and the same return package. Just remember to inform about this.

You have 14 days to decide whether you want to exchange your products, from the day you collect the package. The products must be returned with the original label and tag.

If you then want to exchange for another size or color, you simply send an email to web@lineagcph.com , where you inform about what you want.

In case you have forgotten your password, you can visit the log-in page and click "Forgot your password". You can now enter your email address and reset your password. You will receive an email with a link to update the password you are registered with. If you still have problems logging in, please contact us.
