Purchase conditions
When purchase on lineagcph.com, you automatically accept the conditions below.

Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from placing the order. 
When placing an order, it is possible to choose the delivery method that best suits your needs. We offer delivery with GLS.

International shipping fee 100 DKK

We send all items as packages. This makes it possible to track them if problems arise or the package does not arrive.

You are very welcome to pick up your order at LINEA G

Payment
You can pay for purchases at LINEA G with the following: Mobile Pay, Visa Dankort, Mastercard and Visa electron. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. All prices are incl. 25% VAT.
LINEA G cannot see your personal data.

Return
We offer a 14-day full right of return, during which you can notify us info@lineagcph.com that you have regretted the purchase and then send the item back for up to 14 days. However, this does not apply to goods purchased at Online Warehouse Sales, these goods cannot be exchanged or returned.

The right of return applies from the day you receive your goods. If the full right of return is to apply, the goods must be handled in such a way that the goods have not lost value. We therefore recommend that goods are only tested as in a physical store.
If the item has been used (more than just trying it on as in a physical store) and you regret the purchase, the item can be returned, we assess the depreciation and it will not be returned.
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount as soon as possible to the same account from which payment was made.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns. We encourage you to use our return portal , where you can easily and quickly order a return package label. Press the link here to get to our return portal.
Our shipping packaging is resealable and can therefore be reused for return shipping.

If you do not use the return portal, please note that the item must be sent with a tracking number so that we can track the package.

You are also welcome to return the package in person.

Complaints
You have the right to complain about your purchase within 24 months. Complaints are not covered if they are caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. In the event of a complaint, you must write to us at info@lineagcph.com
You must pay for the shipping of the complaint yourself.
